Ps Cycles is a retailer of bicycles and associated equipment. Bicycle service and repair work is also carried out on the premises. Although small, the main environmental impacts of the company are considered to be energy use, disposal of packaging materials, waste oils and fluids, and used cycle components. The company is committed to operating all stores in accordance with company environmental policies and all applicable laws and regulations and will specifically:
- Reduce waste output to a minimum, by recycling all applicable packaging and waste materials.
- Provide bags with purchases only when specifically requested. Ensure that any bags or packaging provided to customers is biodegradable.
- Prevent the release of substances used within the workshop that may cause environmental harm to the air, water or land.
- Train and encourage our employees to conduct their work in an environmentally responsible manner.
