Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm. We use a combination of postal and courier services for our standard free accessory deliveries.

UK bike delivery includes assembly by our fully trained mechanics, pre-delivery inspection and safety check, 

packing in our custom bike box, multi-tool and delivery all for FREE.

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, simply send it back to us in it's orginal packaging in a saleable condition and we will refund you the full amount of your purchase. 
 
How do I return a product after delivery?
 
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s in its original packaging. 
 
Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 28 days from the day ofdelivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. 
 
If the goods are faulty, we will refund the cost of the return postage otherwise, the goods must be returned at your own cost. 

Once we have recieved the goods back, we will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product. However we do have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed. Refunds take 3-7 working days to be credited to your payment card after receipt of the goods by us. 
 
We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if the goods were a special order to your specification 
 
How do I cancel an order before delivery? 
 
Should you wish to cancel your order before delivery please email us and we'll discuss the cancellation and whether you require an alternative product to be sent to you or a refund. 
 
What happens if my product arrives damaged? 
 
Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in pristine condition on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product please email us straight away and we’ll either issue a refund or replacement product. 
 
We do ask that you:
  • Do not use the product for your own safety
  • Inform us straight away
What happens if my item is faulty? 
 
Should you suspect a fault with your product please make sure: 
 
You have read the troubleshooting section of the manual as it may be a common fault that can be easily resolved 
 
For all products should the fault occur within 28 days from the date of delivery you have the option of a refund or an exchange.
